Welcome to the CALBO Annual Business Meeting Online Registration Form. Please complete the following steps to submit an online registration. ATTENTION: In this online form, you may register multiple registrants before submission. There will be a summary of all registrants at the bottom of the form for your review before submission and payment.
Please note the following fees: Full Program ($695 members/$830 non-members), Monday Day Pass $195 members/$250 non-members), Tuesday Day Pass ($195 members/$250 non-members), Wednesday Day Pass ($195 members/$250 non-members), Thursday Day Pass ($195 members/$250 non-members).
IMPORTANT: If you are registered for a Full Program or Day Pass, lunch is included with your registration fee. Only Full Program registrations include one Wednesday President's Dinner ticket. Day Pass Registrations DO NOT include a Wednesday President's Dinner ticket.
Entry Fee: $125 per player (Sorry, no discounts for foursomes.) Includes green fees, shared cart, range and grill ticket lunch - choice of burger, hot dog or deli sandwich, chips and drinks, prizes, and a whole lot of fun at the end of the day.
Legislative booklets are $150.00 each. Registrants will receive the booklet with their conference materials at the CALBO Registration Desk.
ATTENTION: There is no limit to the number of registrants in a submission. Once a submission is submitted and processed for payment (either invoice or credit card), all registrant and course changes must be processed through the CALBO Office.
Please review the registrant list below and make changes before submitting for payment. Each registrant and the submitter will receive a registration confirmation for what is submitted below.
