ATTENTION: In this online form, you may register multiple registrants before submission. There will be a summary of all registrants at the bottom of the form for your review before submission and payment.

What is a CALBO Live Webinar?
A CALBO Live Webinar is a scheduled, instructor-led online training delivered in real time on the Zoom platform. Live Webinars require registrants to attend on the specified date and time for the full duration to receive credit. Attendance is tracked through each registrant’s unique Zoom link and monitored to verify attendance. Live Webinars will include live instruction, polling, Q&A time, and downloadable course materials. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are issued only to registrants who meet all attendance requirements. The submitter and registrant will receive a registration confirmation email with all requirements and attendance details.

What is a CALBO On Demand Course?
A CALBO On Demand Course is a self-paced online training that allows registrants to complete coursework on their own schedule through the CALBO On Demand platform. On Demand Courses consist of recorded lectures and required modules that must be completed in full to receive credit. Registrants must be logged into their individual CALBO On Demand account for progress and completion to be tracked. Courses must be completed within one year of purchase date to be eligible for credit and an attendance certificate. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are issued only after all course requirements are successfully completed. The submitter and registrant will receive a registration confirmation email with all requirements and attendance details.
